The lights of Nova City have just shut off! It's time to call the electric compan-- what's that!? The devices don't work in Nova City either? No phone service, no electricity, no nothing? The entire city seems to have shut down. There seems to be some kind of field generated around Nova City, hugging the barrier that's normally there. (It's the little spoon.)
There's no indication what it's a result of, but the entire city is in danger! There's looting going on and general mass hysteria amongst the NPCs. Nova City needs the world of Genessia's residents to help save the city.
What's Wrong: A key pendant has found its way into the core of Nova City's power generator. The electrical field that normally sustains the city has gone haywire.
In order to retrieve the pendant, the generator needs to be shut down. To do that, it will require at minimum someone with technical skills (to override the program and power down the generator), a couple people with fighting skills (to fight security robots), and someone with skills breaking into places (the entire building appears to be locked down and sealed. Breaking in will result in a battle if the alarm is set off). The power plant itself seems to still be somewhat active, robotic security guards actively guarding the generator. Characters are likely to encounter physical battles with a number of combat-ready robots

Lick (Tongue shoots out of mouth at long-range, like a frog. May Cause Temporary Paralysis. *Always first attack used.)

DIFFICULTY: Easy. High Speed.
RARITY: Common, All Areas
NAME: KNIGHTVISION DROID
APPEARANCE: Click
ABILITIES:
Sight (Analyzes Weaknesses of Enemy to enhance its own attack. Always uses this attack first.)
Laser (Targeted attack. Fires a high-powered laser at its enemy for physical weaknesses.)
Elemental Burst (In case of elemental weakness, the security guard is equipped with 4 different firing types- a high-powered water jet at pressures akin to fire hoses, a flame thrower, a boiled mercury stream for mineral-based weaknesses, and remote control of floor panels that launch high-pressured amounts of air beneath its enemies feet to knock them off of their feet.)
Gridlock (Electrocutes the floor, taking itself out in the process. It is only used as a final attack.)
DIFFICULTY: Medium.
RARITY: Common, Inner Generator Area
NAME: The "Little Buddy"
APPEARANCE: Click
ABILITIES:
Block Path (Literally moves in the way of your path, making it impossible to move forward.)
Sedate (If you step over it, it will shoot out a spray that absorbs through fabric and skin, quickly putting intruders to sleep.)
Berserk Mode (If the first two attacks fail, it will go into berserk mode and physically attack relentlessly until broken. This includes punching, jumping on the intruder, pulling hair, biting-- basically totally intense rapid robot attack. Eye lights turn red during this attack.)
DIFFICULTY: Hard, VERY high defense.
RARITY: Uncommon
NAME: AI4700 DESTROYER
APPEARANCE: Click
ABILITIES:
Active Combat (Learns enemies moves as they use them and adapts using environment. Uses enemies moves against them as well as environmental advantages and attacks. AI interface allows for adaptive and intelligent combat. The AI4700 uses military grade weaponry, lasers, electricity, plasma fields, and a high-flexibility joint interface to dodge attacks and move quickly to destroy all enemies. Will continue fighting until the 1/2" diameter core is destroyed (located at the center of the stomach area).)
Disable (3 uses, Disables all external weapons in a single room that use mechanics using an electrical blast to melt parts of the mechanics to prevent function.)
Field: Pyramid (Traps user in a field similar to the one covering the city in the shape of the pyramid. Prevents movement and attack outside of a 3' field. Attacking within the field may harm the intruder. Attacking from outside is the only way to break the Pyramid. Must use carefully placed friendly fire to free your party member. If all party members are apprehended with this, the battle is lost.)
Field: Swarm (A swarm of microbots appears to attack an individual during the fight. Microbots only fire small lasers, but there are roughly 100 in a swarm. Can only be used on one combatant at a time.)
DIFFICULTY: High Difficulty.
RARITY: Boss Battle
Use this post to plot, as it will require teamwork!! Teamwork will be a must for this event! If anyone attempts to remove the key pendant without shutting down the system, it will kill them (regardless of their abilities) due to specific power and aspects of the key pendant. Please note that all key pendant events will be different, so if your character doesn't seem like they would be able to help in this one, there will be vastly different types in the other archways once this one is completed.
How this will be solved and how long it lasts will be up to the players, as the actual problem will not go away until players overcome it. ICly, it should be planned out to about a week or two, as we don't want to block off the entirety of Nova City for months due to backdating, but the exact amount of time is up for player discussion. The character who gets to keep the pendant is the one who retrieves it from the generator, though from there it's in play at player discretion. All characters who go to the power plant will receive a charm for participation.

A lot of her abilities are oriented toward leading a group so the more people under her command the better :D
David ought to be great for coordinating multiple teams and of course for his own combat abilities. Is he up for taking orders during fights or too independent for that?

But he sees his own role as helping to coordinate, being transport and helping to safe guard their Tech to where they need to be to shut down the generator. He also plans to remove the object from the generator and to stay there while its powered back up to contain the blast if it happens to explode or anything.

Haller being operating mostly-independently and being comms officer is pretty much what I expected (it sounds like he's pretty much gonna pull some kind of mindnet thing sorta like Miss Martian usually does in Young Justice?)

That's pretty much what he'll be doing. Link everyone's mind so they can communicate as fast as possible. He knows it helps the flow of battle to have that kind of linkage.
