Pokemon Quest - Week 2

As before, post under the appropriate date to receive more Pokemon and/or Pokeballs. The format should look like this, so I don't have to hunt for the previous thread to know what the Pokemon levels and moves are:

King Hippo
Level 37 Psyduck - Confusion (Psychic), Spit (Water), Asskicking (Normal), Leer
Level 11 Mr. Mime - Confusion (Psychic), Taunt
Carrying over 2 Ultra Balls. Psyduck is the lead Pokemon for catching stuff.

NOW GIVE ME SOME BALLS!

Last week, one shiny Pokemon was caught, one legendary was caught, and two Master Balls were distributed. Best of luck this week! And trust me, the results are all randomized (even for myself).

Forgetting Leer for Metal Claw and then its time to look for pokemon.

You encounter a Level 20 Meowth. Your options are as follows:

1. Escape with a 98% chance of success.
2. Buff Quilladin by two levels and try to capture it.
3. Make Cobalion the temporary lead Pokemon for this fight and try to capture it.

Going with the third option and Making Cobalion the lead pokemon.

Lvl. 20 Female Meowth - Modest Nature
Moves - Screech, Fury Swipes (Normal), Fake Out (Normal), Bite (Dark)

Cobalion gains two levels and grows to Level 18.
Quilladin gains one level and grows to Level 19.
Horsea gains one level and grows to Level 17.
Wartortle gains one level and grows to Level 17.

You have 1 Poke Ball and 2 Great Balls remaining in your inventory. Because I failed at math and leveled up Cobalion six levels with four Pokeballs, so I just subtracted two Poke Balls.

Wartortle gains two levels and grows to Level 19.
Horsea gains one level and grows to Level 18. It wants to learn Bubble Beam (Water) but it already knows four moves.
