Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Bisharp gains one level and grows to Level 62.
Electabuzz gains one level and grows to Level 46.
Greninja gains one level and grows to Level 37.
Regigigas gains one level and grows to Level 18.
Bidoof gains one level and grows to Level 6.
