Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Jumpluff gains three levels and grows to Level 34. It wants to learn Acrobatics (Flying) but already knows four moves.
Servine gains one level and grows to Level 23.
Hitmonlee gains one level and grows to Level 22.
Rhyhorn gains one level and grows to Level 18.
Teddiursa gains one level and grows to Level 10.
Ekans gains one level and grows to Level 7.
