Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Torterra has evolved into Torterra! Because the mod can't keep track of evolutions apparently.

You encounter a Level 21 Paras. POKEBALL GO!

Diggersby gains one level and grows to Level 39.
Torterra gains one level and grows to Level 36.
Luvdisc gains one level and grows to Level 10.
Caterpie gains one level and grows to Level 5.
Tyrogue gains one level and grows to Level 7.

You have 3 Great Balls and 3 Ultra Balls remaining in your inventory.
