Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Forgetting stun spore for mega drain but forgetting leech seed. She si also going to evolve because yay

Forgetting sand attack for Swagger.

Skiploom has evolved into Jumpluff!

Teddiursa gains three levels and grows to Level 8. It wants to learn Fury Swipes (Normal) but already knows four moves.
