Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Moves - Mud-Slap (Ground), Mud Sport, Harden, Water Pulse (Water)

Horsea gains two levels and grows to Level 24. It wants to learn Agility, but already knows four moves.
Wartortle gains one level and grows to Level 22.
Cobalion gains one level and grows to Level 21.
Meowth gains one level and grows to Level 23.
Tyrunt gains one level and grows to Level 19.

You have 3 Great Balls remaining in your inventory.
