Same format as usual: list your Pokemon with current levels and known moves, as well as any Pokeballs you're still carrying in your inventory.

Better. Pump the five lowest into the top Tyrogue and then we'll go catch some loser. Top Tyrogue in the lead, unless the opponent is too tough. Then I'll swap in Infernape.

Tyrogue gains one level and grows to Level 6.
Machop gains one level and grows to Level 6.
Timburr gains one level and grows to Level 6.
