Nuoooooooo Quilladin! Use a buff on him, three for Spewpa, one for Bronzor, and one for Frogadier.

Quilladin gains one level and grows to Level 33.
Spewpa gains three levels and grows to Level 12.
Spewpa begins to glow. It's trying to evolve!
Bronzor gains one level and grows to Level 17.
Frogadier gains one level and grows to Level 17.
