Lvl 14. Magnemite
Moves: Tackle (Normal), Supersonic, Thunder Shock (Electric), Sonic Boom (Normal)

Lvl 14. Female Furfrou
Moves: Tackle (Normal), Sand Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Headbutt (Normal)

Monferno is the lead pokemon and with the pokeballs she'll go searching for pokemon and see what happens

You encounter a Level 18 Paras. Unfortunately, Monferno does not have any attacks that are super effective against it. If you wish to level up Monferno by one level, you could make an attempt to capture the Paras.
