NOPE. Two berries for Quilladin, then one for Froakie and one for Bronzor.

Quilladin gains two levels and grows to Level 27. It wants to learn Needle Arm (Grass) but already knows four moves.
Bronzor gains one level and grows to Level 14.
Froakie gains one level and grows to Level 14. It wants to learn Water Pulse (Water) but already knows four moves.
