I'll swap Vine Whip for Leaf Tornado. AND YAY LET IT EVOLVE! Also, we'll try to catch one more Pokemon, same tactics as before.

Servine gains two levels and grows to Level 19.
Buizel gains one level and grows to Level 7. It learns Water Sport.
Whismur gains one level and grows to Level 8.

Use one as a buff for Buizel, and two on Pansage. Then it's time to take the Pokemon out to have some fun!

Buizel grows to Level 8.
Pansage grows to Level 8. At Level 7, it learns Lick (Ghost).
