Dr. Wily:
Lvl 5. Male Charmander - Mild Nature
Moves: Scratch (Normal), Growl
Balls: 1 Poke Ball, 3 Great Balls, 2 Ultra Balls

Can Wily's robots use his Pokemon? So he can cheat.

Yes they can. But he still gets a limited number of Poke Balls each day.

He didn't want extra pokeballs anyways.

He'll go start his own pokemon league. With Black Jack and Hookers.

...And since this thread is here anyways. Wily uses to his pokeball and one of his great balls to buff Charmander and he's going to go hunting.

He's bringing Flash Man along to freeze any Pokemon he runs into to give Charmander a better fighting chance.

Charmander is now Level 7. It learns Ember (Fire).

You encounter a Level 32 Poopitar Pupitar. Even with all your cheating, it can still beat the shit out of you. Chance of escape is at 75%. The attempt is...SUCCESSFUL!

You encounter a Level 40 Drifblim. Chance of escape is at 67%. The attempt is...UNSUCCESSFUL. Charmander is knocked out!

You have 2 Great Balls and 2 Ultra Balls in your inventory. Do you want to use them as buffs, or reserve them for tomorrow?

Wily uses the two great balls as buffs. Then saves the ultra balls for tomorrow!

Ruby's up next! She uses five pokeballs to buff Mr.Squirtles and then goes out hunting!
