A new player appears! Matt here bringing in Soma Cruz from Castlevania. As the journal name implies, he isn't quite Dracula, but he does have all most of the count's powers and a significant chunk of his memories. He'll inevitably be drawn to Everglade, and from there to That Damn Castle, where shenanigans will (hopefully!) ensue. Looking forward to playing with everyone!

Why the castle though...

Well, it's figured quite prominently in his career as the count's successor, for starters. And he's destroyed it twice now; he figures third time might actually be the charm, in this case. (Of course, once he gets there and finds out Dracula has new friends that make them both look like children play-fighting, things may become more interesting.)

I'm definitely interested in interactions between Soma and Alucard. This has nothing at all to do with me being a Hellsing fanboy. Nothing whatsoever. Why would you even imply that?

Oh I know the story behind Castlevania. The question implies that ICily, Alucard just find the castle useless, because he can't haz it for himself. xD In other words, muse is slightly sarcastic. "But why the castle though?"

So Alucard remains a castleless and coffinless wandering nocturnal hobo in genessia around the city. It's okay, my muse is going to get a car instead and lives in it. TvT
