Let's Be Bad Guys!

The very next day after new city guardians have been elected, a message will pop up on everyone's devices announcing an opportunity to compete for an Attleton charm. Should your character be curious enough to read on, they'll find that the instructions are quite short:
There don't seem to be any restrictions listed. Anything goes. Your character's mission is to commit crimes and break laws, and the five who do the most will be awarded a charm for their wicked ways.
Naturally your character will need to get permission from other players if you're doing something that would affect them (such as trying to mug them in a dark alleyway or robbing someone's character-run business), but for the duration of the event, you don't need mod permission to do generic evil things. During this time, any crime that results in destruction of property or the death of an NPC will have those effects reversed the very next day. In essence, multiple people can take turns blowing up the Mime Emporium, and it'll be back once the calendar rolls over to the next day.
The scoring system of which crimes earn more points is ICly nebulous, but OOCly what matters is playing it out. Keep track of which threads you're playing and open posts listing the crimes that your character is going to attempt to commit. Even if your character fails ICly, OOCly it will count for points. The five who participate in the most threads will receive a charm for their character. You can have multiple prompts in one open post, and as long as each one has at least a solid paragraph describing what's happening, it will count as one point per prompt. Keep sensitive and graphic content under lock and content warning as per usual.
Crimes don't have to be dastardly to count as points, your character could furiously jaywalk and shake vending machines for free soda. It'll depend on the guardians and deputies how they want to deal with all of these troublemakers, and whether or not anyone should be arrested for participating in the charm quest, but try to work out options that result in players having a good time OOCly. Be creative, and go have fun with this one!
Feel free to use this post to plot with your fellow players!
