[Mini-event] Let there be Darkness

Hi everyone!

Lucifer's been in the game for a little over 2 months now and hasn't really done anything evil that's worth noticing. Yes, being a snarky judge in the women's competition is not evil. It's also not evil that he tried to beat up two not-so defenseless women just cause he felt like it.

So, he plans to burn a good part of Genessia city to let everyone know he exists. And I've gotten an approval on this.

What: MINI-APOCALYPSE. Burn buildings in Genessia City(non-prominent ones. Meaning, those buildings you don't see mentioned on the Genessia City Map page here) and burn the Hospital.

Where: Genessia City (the other cities are spared from all damages.)

When: July 17, 2014

How: (Keeping in mind that he is the King of Hell and he was previously the strongest angel of heaven.) He will use his arcane powers to summon lighting and dark flames which will all pour from the heavens.

Why: For fun of course! Kidding aside, he thinks he is being punished once more for trying to kill the lord of lords. He thinks he wasn't able to succeed and was instead sent to this fun-loving and caring place. He thinks his stay here is a punishment, thus he will make everyone just as miserable. After all, order and peace was never his thing. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact he wasn't invited to Usagi's birthday



So, what will happen now?
On July 17, Lucifer will have his official intro post (last one was accidental). When this happens, even if it's 12 noon, the sun will be completely blocked out. The city will be covered in darkness. Bolts of lightning and fire shall rain from the sky for a good 15 seconds (which should cause large flames on its own). Then he shall announce that within one minute of the video starting was a countdown. At the end of it, the whole Genessia Hospital shall explode.

Where does everyone else come in?
Your character could either sit down and watch the show or they could stand up and save the day. You could also opt to have your character get injured... or possibly die because of the event. But for the most part, your character's need to work to save the people from the hospital. They also need to save the other people caught in the burning debris and make sure the whole city will be a safe place once more.

Happily, we have lots of heroes, ninjas and magical beings for this job. So this will serve as a Q&A post and a plotting post.

I can't imagine Hagire would be bothered to do anything about this (unless Shiro decided to run out into the middle of it), but as for Zeref... if he's moved into the city yet, that could be one of the places effected by the explosions. He and any of his roommates would not be happy about that.

Zeref, for the most part, hates fighting, but has no problem defending himself if threatened. Or if he's drawn into it by some of his CR.

Minako, Kairi and Yuna will be the three that get involved with saving people and in Yuna and Kairi's case trying to put out the fire.

Minako believes it as because he wasn't invited. She will get you someday Lucifer and it will end horribly for her.

Himawari might be nearby when it happens because you know....bad luck and will think it is her fault, sadly.

As for my others, not certain where they will be, but Fluttershy will be hiding and hoping her place doesn't get set on fire.

Orihime will show up to heal injuries. HOWEVER. At this point, if she tries to heal someone, she'll actually revert their body to a previous state and start opening up every previous injury they've ever had. :Da Let me know if you want in on this horribleness. I just need one person.

Now I have thought things over, I know what my eight characters will be doing:

Kairi - Since she kept Horsea she will be doing her best to put out fires and helping those in need should they need it.

Renge - Isn't going to help because why should she? She couldn't do much anyway, so she'll just evacuate from her apartment, taking what she needs.

Sailor Venus - I have an idea of what I want to do with her, but yeah saving people and searching for the one who did it will be her first thing.

Yuna - Will be donning her Black Mage dressphere and putting out fires with Water (And Maybe Watera since I think I had it learnt by her canon point.) She'll also be helping those in need because pft, it's Yuna.

Fluttershy - Does anyone want to help a trapped pony? Fluttershy will be stuck inside her apartment under some rubble most likely.

Himawari - The plan with this one was she will be near the hospital when shit hits the fan, she will blame herself due to you know bad luck, but since she is near the hospital she might try and call for people nearby.

Fai - While he can't much since it will probably hit where he lives he'll be nice and actually gather the people who live there and escort them out.

Chihiro - Might also get stuck. Only difference is not under rubble.

What do you mean, late to the party? I'm never late.

Vyers will be attempting to get as many people out of harms way as possible, but after that he may also want to confront/fight Lucifer.

This won't be the first time he's tried to take down a powerful demon threatening the world, but he's less powerful now than he was, so I'm all for letting him have the stuffing beaten out of him by the end of the fight.

Flonne | Disgaea
She'll most likely be going around as support really. She'll probably be healing those who have been injured and kind of helping on the side lines.

Rikku | FFX-2
I have nothing really planned for her just yet, but I'm sure she'd probably try to help out in some way (and lining her pockets along the way occasionally.)

Rose Hathaway | Vampire Academy
Rose will most definitely be helping out because she hasn't had a chance to do much action-wise lately. That, and fighting and breaking shit is always fun. Feel free to give me more to work with her though.

Falan | Vampire Game
Falan is currently a nurse at the hospital so I'm sure she'll get sucked in somehow. However I'm not sure if it's the same one or not (because I'm too tired to really think correctly), so I'll have to double check that. Aside from that, she'll probably try to help evacuate people and do her best to take care of those who are injured.

Lucifer
- Well, after everything's ablaze, Lucifer will take a few moments to watch how everyone's dealing with the flames. To more or less size up the people in the city. This time can be used for people to approach him as allies or enemies.
- A few moments later, he shall disappear, and re-appear in the entrance of everglade. So for those people who knows where he lives, they can go chew on him for what he did.

Sailor Moon
- She's on auto-pilot unless someone needs her not to be. Mostly, she'll handwave saving people.

Azula
- Unless someone can convince her otherwise, she'll just enjoy the chaos from the sideline. But she'll be keeping an eye on her brother to make sure he doesn't do something stupid like getting killed.

Duzell
- He'll mostly be in the hospital area, trying to save people....if Ishtar does the same thing.

Temari
- Will be on auto-pilot too, saving people. Unless one of her friends get killed. She's not stupid enough to go after the bad guys. So she'll be protecting Gaara.

Kurenai
- Has not intro'd yet. So no plots for her.

Saleh will definitely be trying his best to heal the injured, or otherwise help people get to safety wherever he can.

Karla: I can't see her just standing by if she sees people in trouble either. So she can be around if you want her to come across your character in trouble and try to help them.

Stefano will probably be one of those characters in trouble, or otherwise just scrambling to find a safe place to hide from all the chaos. He might need some help.

Annette will be doing what she does best -- trying to help out and not get killed. She's virtually useless though, but she will tend to the injured in any way she can.

Oooo, this will be fun! Hm hm hm. Betelgeuse will like the chaos and stuff, but he's not keen on letting people burn alive. Much as it pains him, he'll be putting out fires and trying to figure out a safe place for people to lay low.

Gohan will be saving people. Mostly around the hospital, since that's the place he's most familiar with, and seeing it explode won't put him in a good mood. Otherwise, he will definitely want to confront this guy.

Ryu: Will likely be involved with putting out the fire and fixing up anyone injured with his magic. If he manages to trace it back to Lucifer, he may attempt to throw down. If that were to happen, it's probably one of the few times the city would get a glimpse of his Kaiser Dragon.

Merlin: Will also likely try to help with the fire, but he'll likely be trying to find out afterwards who ddi it, or why.

Oh he'll be able to trace it down to lucifer definitely. But I'll have to limit his fight involvements for this event for now. Because I have 3 fights lined up already. But feel free to respond to his post and may be challenge him at some point in the future. ;3

It's not the 17th yet, I'm not late.

Ken will be heading for the hospital the moment he knows where to go, he'll be helping get people out and with healing. If bossfights happen and he knows about it, he'll want in.

For the most part, though, he's just a bitty healer.

Unless he has a close CR among the people he's killing.
