So um, hello everybody! My name's Luis, I'm fresh meat, and I'll be bringing you Rock Volnutt from Mega Man Legends. In short, he's a not-quite-human with mechanical limbs, who is really into weapon arm attachments, being friendly to everyone ever, and pretending to be Indiana Jones exploring ancient ruins for treasure. Prior to this, he was stuck on the moon. So, you know. He'll be glad to see people again.
