[EVENT] An Egg-Tastic Disaster!

Happy Springtime!

It's finally spring, and you know what that means! Cute, colourful eggs and low-key, sunny events! Or, at least... One for now. Yes, welcome to our first event of the spring 2019 season! An event that involves... You guessed it: Eggs.

Characters who were around last year may remember the problem of picking up eggs and being 'pranked' in various ways. They may be unsurprised to see colourful eggs hidden around the city this year as well, and wise to caution against picking them up: Some of the eggs will cause adverse effects if picked up... Though, notably less severe than last year. What isn't like last year is that some eggs are not pranks. Some of them are warm, twitching, and seem to be alive.

Event Pt.1

Which, yes. Implies an event pt.2. Starting on April 12th (Friday), characters will find colourful eggs all around Genessia City. 99% of the time, picking them up will result in a puff of coloured smoke and a 'prank' effect. Please refer to the pranks list for possibilities, and pick as many as you want to play. The prank eggs are plentiful and the effects wear off within two hours at most. However, a very small percentage of the eggs are alive. Characters may pick up these eggs, take them home, and keep them warm.

But they will not hatch until April 15th (Monday,) and the contents of the eggs will be decided by the mods. So please read all of the event information.

Effects List: Please do not deviate from this list without expressly asking the mods and getting permission.

• Bunny ears appear on your characters' head.
• Character gets glued to the ground for 2 hours or less.
• A personal rain cloud follows your character around for 2 hours or less.
• Character can only see in B/W, until someone makes them laugh.
• Character can only answer in truths.
• Character has a narrator voice following them, who enjoys baseless gossip.
• Character can only sing. Also, they no longer sing well.
• Anything small and cute! Just ask the mods HERE and we'll let you know!

How To Hatch An Egg:

• Click this link and apply for eggs under the top-level.
• Mods will begin revealing the contents of the eggs on the 14th, but you may continue applying until the 19th.
• Egg contents are randomly generated based on your form answers. You cannot 'reroll.' Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is to ensure that the event runs smoothly and quickly.
• You may reject the egg contents, getting nothing. But you may not 'gift' or 'trade' contents. Once again: This is to ensure that the event runs quickly.
• Every character can apply for 2 eggs maximum. But you may only RP with one. Please reply to the egg reveal comment to tell us which egg you are keeping.

So we can only apply for 2 eggs maximum. Does that mean that we apply once and list two numbers on the application and like... You'll give us two answers and we pick one to RP out? Or do we apply a second time during part 2?

If you're an absolute idiot (like Marco) and specifically request and seek out as many eggs as possible (because he's a bird and it's spring, and he must protect all the babbies from the monster humans that would eat them!!!!) -> can you pile effects on top of each other, and/or is there a limit to how many pranks one idiot can have on them per post?

Note: Only one would be living, but he would find the effects amusing enough to -ahem- egg him on further.

- Hallucinating singing fruit & vegetables (for up to 2 hours)
- An irresistible urge to be a maid / butler (for up to 2 hours, and swapping roles for those that are already one or the other) complete with costume/uniform of course
- An inability to speak in anything but questions
