Because the Ouran cast building here made me miss this guy enough to make a new account for him.
Hey, Rhi here with character number 4: Kyoya Ootori from Ouran High School Host Club. While Tamaki is nominally in charge, Kyoya is the Shadow King working in the background to make sure the club doesn't implode from all the shenanigans. He comes across largely as a cold and aloof rich type and that's because he is, however there is a kinder side in there for those he comes to care about (and sometimes even for those he hasn't yet done so).
Speaking of that kinder side, he's being pulled from the middle of the France arc in the manga, because why not upset him even more by interrupting something important. Intro will go up very soon because I know exactly what I want him to say.
