Hi, I'm Fenix, and I'm bringing in an OC.
You can mostly blame Sage for bringing me, and the OC, here. I've been told people will want to adopt her. /)(\
Her name's AlistairI dare you to call her Ali, and she's just shy of ten-years-old. She's going to be able to understand speaking, but reading writing is... Yea. Her language isn't anywhere near English; the closest you could call it is Mayan. She also comes with magic (sigil + will/intent based). Here are some very important facts about her, and a permissions post I implore you to look at for important details to her magic, other than she's a child-ruler now free of constant supervision /)(\.
Another fact is that to anyone who can sense things like this is Alistair feels like a perfect balance of light and dark, though I'm limiting this to in-person only. This is Very open to plotting.
She's an Empath, who needs someone to 'hook' into given she's away from her world, though how fast she needs it can be fudged, and this is not a first come first served deal. This person (or two, if more than one want to do this) is/are basically providing her with a sanity anchor/white noise at the back of her mind, for lack of better term. The only time she will react to this is when extreme emotions, for example euphoria or blind rage, come from the 'hook'. This means two things: she will either literally bounce off the walls for a while, or attempt to stop the 'source of hurt'. This open to plotting, but in general, it's a sanity anchor she's not even aware of.
Otherwise, she's unlikely to pick anything up from others, unless they are projecting, but even then it depends on the strenght of the emotions.
Anyway, I am super excited to be here, and I hope to get to know you all and your characters.

As you already probably know I have a trio of Star Wars characters here: Cad Bane, General Grievous and Bodhi Rook. They all could provide some interesting interactions, I'm sure.

Interesting, and or worrisome, yes. Though Bodhi is probably the least worrisome of them all.
I think...

Well, as long as he doesn't die on her like Anth did.

Of course she'll likely pick up on a lot of simmering anger from Grievous. Bane may be harder to sense. He keeps much of his emotions in check, remaining cool.

It should be fun bouncing her off others in general, yes. I mean, how much trouble can a ten-year-old get into outside her world...?

I have full faith in her ability to get herself in trouble! :D

Please don't. It's highly liable to blwo up in her face, because Magic, and ten-years-old and thinking she knows more than she does. /)(\
