Who is will not have time sight, regeneration or his Tardis - oh joy! But his other abilities and Sonic screwer that still doesn't work on wood or deadlocks.

Basic rundown between 11 and 10. 11 is a baby-faced brainiac and most alien and eccentric personas.

10 is a laid back loner and empathetic, confident and quirky.

That and 11; forgets things and 10 regrets things.

Oh wow :O That's a lot, XD. But they're wonderful losers, yes?

The Doctor is an alien Time Lord (last of his kind depending on canon point; there was a Time War that went on non-linear for 400 years and destroyed the homeworld of Gallifrey; that ended up not being destroyed after all but hidden away in pocket universe)

Time Lords are a really pompous race but The Doctor is strange and not as much typically Time Lords don't go out having adventures in the universe but just sit and watch things happen. The Doctor didn't want that so he stole his Tardis (which is a living machine) and has space adventures; picks up various companions and is able to die up to 12 times though recently it's been made infinite

And when The Doctor dies he gets a new body and personality (not completely) and retains memory of his past lives (usually)

... He's a mad man in a Box flying through time and space, the universe is his backyard; having adventures and facing and fighting other creatures and trying to make things a little better wherever he goes.

Tannusen here's my main, an old!World of Darkness changeling. Faeries go through a similar thing with reincarnation, though it takes a lot longer and they only might remember a bit here and there of past lives, depending on how many points one sinks into that particular background. Tannu remembers a few fairly clearly and a handful in little snippets, but his soul's arguably as old as existence.

(And currently severely damaged for plot reasons whoops.)

He also has a living machine buddy, Jethro.

...And then I play Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty (though I still need to intro him), who could have easily crossed paths with your dude before, if you want. Because, I mean. At least one of the infinite Ricks has to have, surely... though I play C-137, the Rickiest of the Ricks.

That could actually work - later in canon with Journey's End and the walls of the universes' being lowered.

So - yes. We could totally say that Rick has run into 10 before; but 10 hasn't run into Rick yet since 10 isn't at that canon point.

Hey, I already tagged on your intro log, but I haven't introduced myself just yet.

I'm Runner and I played this Pokemon Professor as well as a spy kid with a hyperactive problem (yoyoboy)!

I already watched some 10th Doctor episodes, so I think I'm good with Ten's canon for now!

Also right now for the event, I think Professor Sycamore is currently a soulless hush courtesy of an empty spirit... Just a heads up, though.
