This is Elly, player of Hinata, bringing in a second character. This is Merrill from Dragon Age II and she's a blood mage who made a pact with a demon. But she is super naive and gullible, and prone to getting very lost and somehow ending up in places she shouldn't be. So, all-around, she's pretty harmless.

Erm that is, hi. The two whole Dalish elves on the game should totally chill. Though Alley doesn't consider herself much of a Dalish anymore.

They definitely do! Merrill comes from after the main game during the point where's she's off and about in the world helping clans avoid the fighting, so she's firmly in the beliefs and everything of Dalish. Which will make for the some really interesting talks. Yep.

I hope we get to give him a beating in the next game

The lack of vallaslin on her face is A THING. She romanced the eggggggg.

So Merrill would know of the Inquisition, maybe even know their symbol that Alley still has plastered all over her armor? Fuuuun. ;D

Alley is from post-Trespasser, so. She's got a bone to pick with everyone. (Even took the "go eff yourselves" option at the end of the meeting with Ferelden and Orlais...)

She's in-between the point of where she broke off from Hawke's group (as she wasn't romanced) and around when the Conclave exploded. So she might have heard rumors of an Inquisition, but not know it was implemented. Also, she's just been trying to keep other Dalish away from that crazy war she witnessed begin.

Ooh, you mean the BEST option to take? (Even though I only took it in one of my playthroughs...) Lol. It's a good thing most things go over Merrill's head.

Hm, well it didn't form until after the Conclave explosion, so I guess she won't know who Alley is (or what group she's in, rather).

And bare-faced, she's probably going to think this is a city elf... for a whole ten seconds or so. 8D I'll have to find a list of elvish dialect stuff again.

lol, yeah. For a few moments. Then she'll be hoping, "please don't be another Fenris, don't be another Fenris... Wait, you don't have an itch you can't scratch, do you? Because I can see why anyone would be annoyed by that."
