Hello all! Arc here, with one of the Overwatches that just entered! This is Mei-Ling Zhou, and she was a scientist who was in the field of climate manipulation and invented a lot of things to help try to preserve the environment. Unfortunately her team was stranded at the Watchpoint in Antartica and had to undergo cryostasis due to their dwindling supplies until a rescue could be mounted. Which didn't happen for years. Mei was the only survivor, and she carried on her work alone to try and recover what she could from the other Watchpoints.
She always carries a little weather manipulation drone on her back, resting on top of a canister holding the ammo for her Endothermic Blaster. She can also create ice walls and freeze herself in cryostasis for a short time if she's in danger.
