MURDER PLOT, THE PLOTTENING

Hello everyone! This is Koz swooping in to inform you all about a wonderful plot that is in development. What is this plot, you ask? Well, just as the title suggests, it is a-

MURDER PLOT

That's right, Battler Ushiromiya will show his true colors in the form of violence. (Here, have some Umineko murder ost while I explain as well.) Now that we have settled that, time to move on to what I believe will be the FAQ on this plot.



Just what is this plot?

Hoo-boy! Battler is not a nice boy. He has been plotting and talking to people for months, all in order to build up a list of people he will kill/torture. Easy enough.

But why is Battler doing this?! Isn't he a nice guy?!

Good heavens no! He has been pretending to be the real Battler Ushiromiya for a while now is all. See, back in the Umineko world, there was a massive tragedy. 18 people were murdered on an island, and they were all Battler's family and servant friends. There are many different variations of what happened, but the end result is all the same- everyone has different theories as to what really happened. So, out of the witchy hells Black Battler was born. He is the manifestation of the 'Battler is the culprit' theory, and that is all he has been created to do. He is purely magic and his only role has always been to carry out the culprit's plans. He had already done it on that island and now he wants to do it again here in Genessia.

I want to sign my character up for bad times!

Yes, good! Just leave a comment and you will be added to the list!

....but I don't want my character to die.

Also good! He will just torture them then! Be sure to also include things you do not want to happen in your comment. These can be personal triggers, or just things that gross you out that you can't handle in rp. Like, let's say you can't stand the thought of finger nails being ripped off, then add that and it definitely won't happen! We are here to have fun in murder and torment, not feel uncomfortable. After he is done with torturing them in certain ways, he will force your character to pass out and put them back somewhere, that is up to you where you want your character to wake up.

Just remember, even if he tortures your character and mangles them, if he kills them then everything will return to them! Except some scarring, of course. But they will have to heal on their own if he chooses to leave them alive. And as usual, if they die they must give something up in order to return. Something physical or a memory, as examples.

Do I have to thread this out?

Nope, you don't have to thread out anything you don't want to! If you want it threaded out, then tell me and that will be noted. If you don't want it threaded out, just tell me what you want to have happened for consistency sake, but we can handwave it if you are squeamish.

Wait wait wait. Where is this taking place?

Fayren! He will be kidnapping people in the middle of the night and bringing them to a very secluded cabin that he found deep in the woods. There will be no one else around for miles! Well, unless he brings two victims along in order for one of them to watch what he's doing.

Can there be any sort of rescue attempts?

No. No rescue attempts in the slightest. This is a plot that is about torture and bad times and murder, there's no room for happy times or relief. All characters will be taken and brought to Fayren without anyone else knowing. Remember, this is an event where everyone involved wants bad things to happen, rescuing would simply be so cliche! How boring.

I want someone to know, though!

That's fine, he will be broadcasting certain parts of his torturous adventure. If you want some of your character's "events" to be broadcasted over the network, be sure to include that in your comment as well. All broadcasts will be put up after he is finished with your character, so still no room for rescues.

When is this happening and where?

I will personally be running this event of course, so every last thread will be done by me. Of course, that means that it's only logical for it all to be in one big log. All this will be happening in June, and I'm thinking probably middle of June. So! That gives all characters a month of still talking to nice Battler and leaving all you muns a month to get emotionally prepared before the murdering starts! Amazing! If you are on the murder list then I will either ping you on plurk when the log is coming, or send you a pm on the character account you want tormented, your choice on that one really.

Can anyone discover a body?

Nah, because once he kills them he'll toss them into the good 'ol murder pile, and watch them dissolve.

You really expect me to believe that Battler is capable of dragging off so many people and murdering them? Does he even have powers?!

Oh yes he does! Since he is purely magic he has a lot of magical abilities at his disposal. Since I am taking his abilities from the fighting game, he is basically a supremely OP character that is meant to be the final mega Big Bad Boss. He has purple magic at his disposal that he can fling around at will. He can heal extremely quickly, so it's pretty hard to keep him injured for very long. He has instant-guard and magical barriers, so he knows just when to block and he has a barrier which requires a guard-breaking move. He is extremely quick, and also has the ability to teleport and move around quickly due to his magic. He can create his own meta world, which is a space that he and other magical creatures rule over completely. He is a supremely hard hitter, and his magic backs up his hits and punches. He can teleport away if he's threatened, by bursting into golden butterflies and leaving.

Also, Cas is a werewolf, so she's a few times stronger than a human in her human form, and several times stronger in her wolf form. In her wolf form she can heal most wounds almost instantly, takes a day or so in her human form. Have fun with that >D

Basically you can go for some physical torture too, but I'd say mind games will get Baddler (and us lmao) the most fun. Torture with a side of riddles~?

Also, without his usual scarf on he has a very visible scar around his neck (thanks Queen of Hearts), so there's another way to really get under his skin. Might be a fun way to hill him too. ;) Off with his head~

Sakura can dream of the future. Obviously she's going to be helpless to do anything but can I give her nightmares about this??? She won't really understand them until it's too late so it doesn't get in the way of anything but I thought it'd be fun to make her freak out.

Will he be showing himself either to his victims or on camera? Or is he looking to remain anonymous? A sizable chunk of Baddler's list (Weiss, Jaune, Terra, probably Sena after a month's CR) is close friends of this guy right here, and if he knows who did it, he'll devote all of his free time to formulating a plan to bring him to justice for his crimes.

I probably already know the answer but I'ma ask anyway! Once the broadcasts start, Cipher will probably get real interested and potentially want to find the culprit solely to watch from a distance (because magic and bird magic) but will have absolutely zero interest in intervening because that's not his thing and torture is worthy of popcorn for him. Would he be able to do this or would Battler have some kind of magic to make him unable to be traced even by magic means?
