+1 not-evil dark elf
Hey, guys! This is Heather. A few things...
1) I decided to send Richard home to be with Kahlan and do his Seeker thing (save the world, accidentally make everything worse)
2) I replaced him with this guy! This is Drizzt Do'Urden of Forgotten Realms fame. He's a Drow, or dark elf, but not evil like most of his race is. He was exiled and went to the surface looking for a place where he can live by his ideals of justice without his chaotic and evil people breathing down his neck (or being hunted by them all the time). He's coming from fairly early in his canon, the beginning of Book 3, Sojourn. He's quiet, observes a lot, polite but doesn't really get the customs of the surface races.
Oh, and he has an onyx statuette of a panther he carries around with him that can turn into a real panther for half a day every other day. She's his BFF XD
