Helloooooo Genessia! My name is Joan and I am BRAND NEW to this game-- hadn't even heard of it until someone contacted me on a dear_player post I made. But I'm happy to be here!

Anyway! I'm playing a Pokemon called Darkrai. It's a mythical Pokemon, which is like a legendary but somehow even rarer. It has the power to draw people and Pokemon into sleep and thus terrible nightmares. According to lore, sometimes its victims never wake up... Spooky.

As for its personality? It's essentially an angry, scared wild animal upon being brought here. Once it calms down it's going to remain not-so-friendly, and harbors a dislike and distrust of humans. It's capable of human speech to an extent. It's not impossible to form a connection with it, just very difficult. Spending most of your life on an isolated island doesn't really help with social skills.

Well, its current hit rate for "getting along with others" is zero, so you can probably extrapolate from that. Give it time, though. Strength is something it respects.

Hello Joan! I am Meowkitty, and I play Dairine Callahan from the Young Wizards book series.

I'm excited to see another Pokemon here! Dairine has been in two Pokemon events, so she knows a fair bit about them and even has a couple in Genessia right now. She's not so knowledgeable about the rarer ones though.
