He's Neptune Vasilias and he's the most cool guy ever like his intro later today will tell and he will make the best first impression ever. He's friends with Sun Wukong and they're in the SSSN team that hails from another Kingdom (Haven). He's actually kinda dumb and not as cool as you'd think but well. Let's not mind the details.

He also kinda has a thing for Weiss, but he kinda has a thing for all the ladies ever so who knows if he's serious or what.
