Event Requests, Approvals, & Scheduling

Got an idea for a plot or event? Want to submit an idea for a Plot, Event or Charm Quest? Well you can do that here. To submit a Plot, Event or Charm Quest for mod approval, fill out the form below. If you would like to suggest a plot to the mods, you can fill out the form as well and just fill in the necessary information.

Failure to submit a plot to this post if it meets the following requirements will result in a plot being automatically rejected or the event post frozen or removed from the comm if it has not been approved prior to posting. Mod approval

is

required for any IC action containing the following:

-Anything involving a mass negative impact on the public or citizens of any Archway.
-Anything involving an entire Archway.
-Anything that causes destruction to a large area.
-Anything that involves the death of multiple characters.

Mod approval

isn’t

required for the following:

-Anything where a character publicly breaks the law or would have attention called to the crime they committed. (Notify a Guardian player or deputy so they're at least aware even if they're unable to participate.)
-Plots between a small group of characters that doesn’t affect or have repercussions to the cities or public.
-Parties, gatherings and innocuous events. However, please make sure to leave a comment on the Calendar page if you would like it to be scheduled.

Moderators will make suggestions about who you need to contact for event planning if you did not already do so (i.e. City Guardians if your event would require their attention). If you are unsure whether what you want to do falls into the realm of needing approval or not, feel free to contact the mods and ask.

Any major plot submitted should be at least one week ahead of time to make sure there is time to review. And remember that IC actions = IC consequences. Any player plot involving an entire Archway should have ways for people to opt out if they'd rather not participate.
