To allow this, we would need to see evidence that the TARDIS is capable of creating something like this. While we are aware that it’s bigger on the inside that it is on the outside, we couldn’t find anything about it having anything close to being able to generate what would constitute a pocket dimension outside of itself. We’ve only seen that it is capable of altering or shifting its own inner space. Even with three of them, its still doing something it doesn’t seem capable of.

But we aren’t experts on the canon, so if there is evidence of it creating something like this, we welcome you to provide.

Broadly speaking, it's been shown that the force shields (The Parting of Ways), air shell (The Beast Below), and even its protection against the effects of exposure to the Time Vortex to take someone through time with it (The Time of the Doctor) can all be extended outside the physical shell.

The nearest thing to a direct example of this is at the end of the 50th Anniversary Special, when 13 of the Doctor's incarnations used their versions of their TARDIS to displace all of Gallifrey into a pocket universe in order to save it from the Dalek onslaught at the end of the Time War while preserving the appearance that it had been destroyed. In the interests of full disclosure, there was also a stasis cube on hand, but it's not clear whether it was actually used, or if it was just the inspiration. As with many things in this canon, it doesn't exactly provide a detailed technical manual...

Protections, shields and shells don't really give any leeway to creating what you would like them to create. But since its the Christmas season and we haven't been as speedy as we'd like to be, we will offer this. They can attempt to do something like that and by all accounts it should fail, but since Santa still feels bad about what he did, he will use Christmas magic to help them form it.

It will only last for an two hours and they will still be in Genessia for all intents and purposes. The Doctors can notice how unstable it is and figure out the time limit. Nothing will be removable from it, there will be no special technology or people inside. Any future attempts to do it again will result in failure.
