Hi! I'm really sorry to bother, but I just wanted to ask about the Guardian nomination- is there a limit of four nominees per city? I just wanted to ask since Blaze had accepted the nomination he got but was never added in the last few updates. I just wanted to ask so I wouldn't potentially jump the gun in some way. Sorry to bother with this!
