Changes To Guardian Budget
The Guardian Elections are right around the corner, and with that comes change. Not just new Guardians possibly stepping in, but a small change to the way the office functions.
Each city will be given a budget of 8* for their Deputy Guardians from this election onward after the destruction of this year's events taking a toll on city funds. The budget of 8* is meant to support 2 Deputy Guardians per Guardian. This means each would be paid 4*. This money can’t be used for anything else other than paying Deputy Guardians.
However, a Guardian can hire at max 4 Deputy Guardians to work under them. But doing so means that they will have to break the budget up that they have been allotted, meaning their Deputies will be paid less. The budget breaks down like this:
1 Deputy = Paid 4*
2 Deputies = Paid 4*
3 Deputies = Paid 2*
4 Deputies = Paid 2*
It is broken down like this because no Deputy is allowed to be paid more or less than any other. If there are any questions, feel free to respond here or contact a mod.
