After closing the poll, the rules have been changed to lift the previous eight-character cap. However, if you wish to play more than eight, then at least 25% of your character roster should be active antagonists. This doesn't mean posting within the two-month limit, it means that they are going out and causing trouble of some sort for other characters to interact with/react to. An antagonist is not considered active if the only posts and comments they make are limited to snark or sitting around chatting with others. Go out and raise some hell! That's the best part of being a villain!
