Jerks Plot: The Empress
Who: Some crazy chick and YOU!
Where: A rotten house in Attleton
When: A few weeks starting from today
What: SYMBOLISM
Why: Poops & Giggles
Time for the third episode of The Jerks! Starring Genessia's most bitter spinster, and anyone she manages to "adopt". This one will likely be shorter and sweeter than the last two.
Phase 1: Trigger alert: Said spinster weaves a sad tale of growing older and lonelier. Won't someone please pay this middle-aged woman a visit? If naked appeals to sympathy don't work, she'll raise hell about how she can't find her baby; someone help her find her baby!
Phase 2: Curse: If you can find it in your heart to visit an "old" lady and visit her many, many cats, watch out! Turns out, you were that baby. She will be the most domineering mother you've ever seen; withering manhood, crushing spirit. Specifically, she will order you around. If you refuse? You'll become babier by the minute. Any action taken while under her dominion that's independent, disobedient, or immature/rude, will reduce your character's age. The amount varies by severity.
Minor infraction: 1 year younger
Moderate infraction: 5 years
Major infraction: 10 years
Attempting to harm her: Maximum
This is all relative de-aging, by the way. If your character is thousands of years old but still looks like a man in his twenties, then their age will be reduced accordingly. If your character is just a weirdo, pick a number between one and seventy. In that state, their powers will also be diminished proportionally.
The Empress has a lot for her children to do! Running errands, doing chores, submitting to arranged dates/marriages, etc. Should your character fail to perfectly appease her loneliness and becomes too young to decide/think for themselves (or age "zero", if they're born that way) then your character bears the ultimate curse. Good news? Back to their original age. Bad news? Completely under her thrall. Your new gelding will be forced to do everything she says, including collecting more "children". In addition, a rotten aura will surround them, withering plant life and making puppy dog tails droop. :(
Phase 3: Reverse the curse: There are several ways to defeat the Empress.

Phase 3: Reverse the curse: There are several ways to defeat the Empress.
- Grow up; i.e. do something profoundly mature that your character normally wouldn't
- Dazzle her with an example of authentic motherhood, like show off something beautiful that's been tenderly cared for and nurtured, thus maturing in splendor.
- Leave the nest, i.e. abandon a place of security for a greater good (kinda dovetails with the first)
- Date her. By far the hardest option, and for men only. Your character must successfully put up with her for one enchanted evening, and instill a feeling of peace and plenty.

Tell me more about your childhood.

Also, I think the only one who's been like a mother to him in Gen is disappearing.
He'd fall for Empress going Mummy over him in a heartbeat.

Sakuya is going to stay FAR away from this plot. She has parent issues.

Brain damage will do thatShe's just a happy little koiball. The other issue comes in that Youkai mentally mature at a different rate than a human. Youkai mature very very fast but "adult" is measured by experience and knowledge rather than initial mental development. Now I do have a question though. If someone is asked to do something and they are unable to do would that count as disobedient? like... Koishi can't cook.

Sure would! How dare they not be able to do everything she want; insolent brats!

She's gonna get aged down PRETTY QUICK because she's gonna be totally disobedient once she realizes she's being FORCED to do things, although she won't get violent (probably?).

Hell yes for Team Not-Quite-Vampires *w*
Klaus will totally try to cover for Porrim as much as possible

And its been eons since she had to fight off imps and underlings. She's really rusty.
