Hey, folks! Nick here bringing in the friendliest, most helpful guy in all of Gravity Falls: the one and only Bill Cipher!

Bill's taken from an as-of-now unspecified canon point, because time is a construct created by the human mind and irrelevant to beings of the fourth dimension and/or higher, and might be kind of a tricky guy to play seeing as he lacks any physical form. Yep! Bill Cipher is a being purely of the mind, which has both its limits and perks such as being able to peek into the minds of anybody around him and see what they're thinking, and sneak into their dreams!

Speaking of which, here's a permissions post dealing with just that topic.

Anyway, this oughta be interesting and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes. I might be a bit slow to get rolling since I'm dealing with endgame stuff elsewhere but I'm looking forward to diving in anyway.
