Tay here joining in the not a good person train with the Red Queen from Once Upon a Time in Wonderland. She's from relatively early in the series if you've seen it and since anything is only possible in Wonderland, she's going to be less than pleased about a lot of things. She's also got a lot of dark magic and snippy remarks tbh.

Absolutely. They can create, catch, and throw fireballs and move it and make it bigger/smaller in ouat. Fire was the first thing she was taught to do but it's totally subject to bending.
