The Contests
The contests that Characters can participate in are listed below. If players want to enter their characters into them, there will be a little thing to fill out down there. The winner as well as the runner-ups will all be chosen at random. Characters can enter one or all contests.

So characters will be noticing these postings about the city and the one on the network. It's pretty self explanatory. David Haller will be hosting a carnival in Nova City. It will run from March 27th to April 2nd, and I will probably put up an open log for those seven days, but people can feel free to set up their own logs.
There is honestly nothing nefarious or wicked behind it. He's just throwing it as a way for all the Genessians to have some silly fun after all of the recent ongoings. So there will be the typical things like rides, carnival food, ect. There will even be a big fireworks show on the first night of the carnival and the last night.
Other characters can set up there own booths in attractions if they want to. Be it something like a kissing booth, a guess your height/weight kind of thing or there own little game. Any money a character makes from doing their own thing can be kept by them, but David will suggest donating at least some of it to charity.
The food will be the normal kind of food you would find there. All the good junk food and deep fired food that is most likely hazardous to your health. There probably might be some vendors selling some food that isn't of the sweet and deep fried variety, though.
Games will probably be tilted in favor of the the house, like you'd expect, but they will not be impossible to win. The games and rides not ran by characters will be ran by NPCs from around Nova City. There will probably be able all the games you typically expect to find there. The same thing goes for the rides too.
The Dunking Booth will need some volunteers. Characters can sign up other characters to spend time in there or sign themselves up. Whichever they find more fun.
