Only Teak's PC has that compatibility! Otherwise people could swap out
Pokemon willy nilly and hunt forever.
Pokemon moves only work on other Pokemon. There may be a few that could
affect trainers, characters, and non-Pokemon animals, but you would have to
have the other player's permission before you could start whipping out
those moves in order to prevent godmoding.
