Hello! My name is Kate, brand new player, and I'm bringing in James "Bucky" Barnes of MCU fame, a 98-year-old WWII sniper turned POW turned assassin. He has severe PTSD, memory problems, a metal arm, 70 years of assassin training, speaks a lot of languages, and is on several 10 Most Wanted lists. He's coming in just pre-Civil War, which means basically he's got some of his stuff together but hasn't been framed for a bombing yet. He won't know what to make of his new home and might be wary and reserved for a while.
