HII! Yes, they will try to adjust it as accurately as posible so she has the same possibilities to win/lose as the others. But measuring someone else strength is difficult and they might mess up, so you can chose what option you like the best:

a) The nerf it's not heavy enough and she's able to throw it really far away. Since she warned them about her strength, this isn't her fault and she won't break any rules

b) The limiters light up and she's eliminated

c) Or...Everything works as expected

If you chose a or b, you can just talk to the other Nerf Throwing players to decide who places first, or we can RNG the results for you.
