+1 Airhead Vampire (But Not Really)

Hello Genessia! My name is Zoe and this is going to be my first time actually trying out a game.

I'll be bringing to you guys one Arcueid Brunestud from TYPE-MOON's well forgotten visual novel that put them on the map, Tsukihime! More specifically I'm going to be playing her primarily from the Melty Blood canonpoint which is supposedly off a visual novel route that was meant to exist and doesn't currently. As for Arcueid herself, the quickest tl;dr way I can describe her is that she's a special kind of vampire whose bloodlust is psychological more than physical and she was artificially created to hunt down other kinds of vampires in the series called Dead Apostles.

You can find out a lot more from her wiki article here and her TVTropes page here for stuff not mentioned on the wiki. It's worth mentioning that even though she's at the top tier of power in terms of TYPE-MOON's many characters, I'll be discussing how any combat related stuff between her and your characters might go beforehand because the last thing I want to do is act like I'm flaunting her power or step on any toes!

As an addendum to the top, Arcueid has an ability called the Mystic Eyes of Enchantment. What these grant her is a "high level of hypnosis" which basically means she can control another's actions. At the lightest sense, she plants "suggestions" into someone's mind (i.e. rather than outright stating a person will believe she's human, she would plant suggestions like "they look human" and "they wear human's clothes" to bring someone to the conclusion that she is indeed a human being) and at the heaviest sense she gains complete mental control over someone. To counteract the metagaming nature this ability has, I've set up a permissions post here. Please post there and let me know if you're okay/not okay with her using them on your character, should it ever be applicable, and to what degree she could do so.

I look forward to threading with all of you and getting myself stuck into Genessia's pace and events, just forgive me if I stumble at all since I don't know how games themselves actually work. It's like when you study something a lot but then have to put it into practice. I've read a lot, just haven't done it before, y'know?

Feel free to add me on Plurk at [plurk.com profile] giantfairy too so we can discuss plotting and stuffs!
