Will the Pokémon that evolve naturally through level ups still do so? It's a dumb question but I ask partially because of gender based evolutions- like with Blaze getting a Combee (of which only females evolve into Vespiqueen) and Gale got Ralts (which becomes Gardevoir if female or Gallade if male). Would that also randomized or up to players?

Also are Guardians expected to ensure Pokémon Centers are safe or will there be NPCs for that? Because I am all for Blaze keeping the peace with a tiny Zigzagoon if he must.
