I'm Neil and I have no clue what I'm doing. Score!
So this is my first game (as if that wasn't obvious yet h-haa) though I've been around memes a great deal and done enough research not to look like a complete and utter tool. |D
Because this game doesn't have enough of them, I've decided to toss my hat into the ring by bringing in Kasen Ibaraki of the Touhou Project. She only shows up in one game and that's a spinoff fighter called Urban Legend in Limbo. She's mainly the star of the Wild & Horned Hermit mango which I highly recommend to everyone who hasn't read it and wants more solid characterizations than the games. (Since those are like 80% jokes lbh)
Now, more about Kasen herself! She's Totally A Human and a hermit who spends a majority of her time being a naggy and preachy know-it-all with the best of intentions. She could give the Yama a good run for her money when it comes to annoying the people she comes across with her seemingly holier-than-thou attitude. It's all for the best though, since she harbors no ill-will whatsoever. If you want to know even more, feel free to ask or check her wiki page!
