A building fire is fine! We're mostly worried about things that it wouldn't make IC sense for City Guardians not to respond to. A building fire, unless it's clearly suspicious, would moreso be something for the fire department to deal with so it should be fine.

I'm not super familiar with Dangan Ronpa, but as long as it's a brainwashing video that relies on technology and not powers that wouldn't be possible to transmit over the network (i.e. mind control, telepathy, psychic hypnotic suggestion, anything that would require in-person activation, etc.) it should be fine! Please include an OOC note that anyone is welcome to opt out of seeing the video or being affected by it on the post.
