Hello! Any housing options must meet the minimum * requirement before purchasing the house, not after/simultaneously. This means that unless your characters can collectively make the *level for the minimum purchase of the castle, you will not be able to do it. However, if the housing is purchased and you open or transfer a business location after the fact, that is fine.
