Hi guys. So I've been chatting with Orihime's player about Junko causing terrible things to happen (because she's been so good until now) but I just wanted to clarify something first.

Since the main plot itself is small-scale (Orihime, Junko and a handful of NPCs she's managed to coerce somehow) I understand it doesn't need to go for approval by itself but there's one thing I did want to check. As part of the game to keep people from finding Orihime, Junko's planning to arrange an incident where it seems like Orihime is hurt and caught up in it (again, using an NPC). What I wanted to check was, what sort of scale could she get away with without needing full-on plot approval? I was thinking something like a building fire or something that would be an incident but contained to a small area but I'm not sure if I need approval for that/where the line is or what else I need to do.

(On a related but different note, one thing I was planning on having Junko do was to develop another brainwashing video with the wider-scale consequences being its own plot later on but perhaps the prototype being part of the handful of minions she has so far. Would this be okay to say she's working on?)
