Hey guys! Lex here with character #4.
This is a really belated intro for him, but this is Francis Stone aka Hotstreak from the cartoon Static Shock. He’s a hot-headed impulsive delinquent and not a very nice person, but he occasionally shows signs of having redeeming qualities. Unsurprisingly, his powers suit his alias. Hotstreak is a pyrokinetic. He’s also pretty good at hotwiring cars and doing chop shop type work.
He will be attempting to live normally since he has no criminal record here, but that’s unlikely to last. If your villain character needs some hired muscle or someone to steal a car? He might just be your guy. If you want your hero character to fight someone? Go for it. Alternately, if you want your hero character to try to redeem him? It’s possible with some effort. I am all in favour of him having to do some community service work as punishment for his crimes and playing that out ICly.
