Hello, I'm Morgan, I was here before more than a year ago but unfortunately it didn't work it out do to a combination of real life factors and me just pain losing my nerve. Hopefully things will be better this time around. Anyway, say hello to Davros, one of the only two genuine recurring arch-enemies that the Doctor really has.

He is here to lend his great scientific genius to the inhabitants of Genessia, to win their trust and to lead them to his ideal future. One in which he brings his children here in hopes of exterminating each and every one of your characters. Indeed, the Daleks will be invading Genessia sooner or later. Maybe a few months from now, maybe a whole year. It really depends on how things play out. But they will be coming. That is the ultimate conclusion of this.

But until then... Well, The 3 Doctors and their allies will probably ignite a war of words and keep a very close eye on him.  Everyone else not from his universe who does not know him like the Doctor does, perhaps you can put a crack in his nihilistic fascist worldview of thousands of years that says that compassion is wrong, differences must be stamp out for there to be true peace and that bringing death to all is the greatest joy possible. Or perhaps not. It will be certainly interesting no matter what. 

Forgive me if that's a bit heavy for some. Doctor Who can be at times and I am merely trying to reflect that.  But it shan't be all serious business all the time. 12's player floated the suggestion that they become roommates which I may take them up upon, so life here may turn into something of a sitcom for poor Davros.
