Heya everybody! I've fallen victim to enabling, so here we go! My name is Mark, and I bring you Captain Tashigi from One Piece. She's into justice like any good Marine, but she has a wonderful heart. She's also a bit of a klutz, and as bad as Velma without her glasses. Hopefully she'll be a good fit!
