Hi! This is Psi Fi, Betelgeuse's mun, and I'm bringing in my second character!

This fine young man is Koschei, a student at the Prydonian Academy on Gallifrey. He is from the Doctor Who universe and is studying to be a Time Lord. When he grows up, he will be the Master. The drums haven't driven him insane, yet, though. He is currently good friends with Theta Sigma, the young student who will eventually become the Doctor. He is about half way through his school years, so, for anyone familiar with canon, he's already looked into the Untempered Schism, been bullied, almost to death, by Torvic, and is currently the drummer in a band with Theta Sigman called the Gallifrey Academy Hot Five.

Koschei can be arrogant and a bit aloof, sometimes, but he has a good deal of charisma and intelligence. He loves the sciences and is a bit studious, though, like most adolescents, he likes getting up to mischief and pushing boundaries. :D Here is also a permissions post:

Also, please let me know, if it is okay for Koschei to hypnotize you and under what circumstances. Right now, it's usually something he just does for fun, to amuse himself and others. Given the need, though, he can use it for his own advantage.
