Hey there everyone! This is Josh, you may or may not remember as someone who played in this game before. I used to be Dr.Wily and a couple other people. Well needless to say I'm back with a vengeance.
On this fine day I'm bringing you Casey Jones from the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon. He's a dorky psycho who likes playing hockey, vigilante justice and beating up mutants with baseball bats or hockey sticks.
He's a real gem, that's for sure.
